Hello!

I am Robin Fator (Raw-bin Fay-ter) she/her

Born and raised in Northern California, I now reside in the gorgeous seaside hamlet of Cardiff by the Sea with my family. I began my college career at 16 while completing an internship at a local art gallery. After earning my Associate’s degree in studio arts my path to higher education completion was derailed by getting married to the love of my life and starting a family (no regrets). Between those personal milestones and today, my professional background has included entrepreneurial endeavors such as creating and operating a handmade fashion brand with $25 of start-up cash, founding a 501c3 nonprofit organization, authoring a book, and helping organizations and clients meet their marketing objectives. They say “Don’t quit your day job.” and I am proud to say I have been a part of many successful teams spanning non-profit development, economic development, e-commerce, education, and marketing. I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Art at San Diego State University.

 Throughout my densely packed life, I have taken the road less traveled, this has given me real-life experience in problem-solving, project management, and practical business knowledge.

I am a storyteller, I thrive in a collaborative environment, and I am not afraid to experiment to find the best solution to a problem. I strive to be an empathic leader, a hardworking teammate, an amazing listener, and a lifelong learner.  I believe amazing stories and creativity can change the world. My best work is still ahead of me.
